'''Together, we are BloodMoon Souls.'''

== History ==

The origins of '''Blood Moon Souls''' began on a night unlike any other.

As the moon hung above the world, stained crimson as though the heavens themselves bled into the darkness, a gathering of lost souls arrived upon an ancient battlefield forgotten by time. Around them stood shattered ruins, broken weapons, and the silent remains of conflicts long past.

There, beneath the Blood Moon, an oath was sworn.

An oath of loyalty, an oath of family, an oath that would echo through eternity, from that sacred moment, Blood Moon Souls was born.

As years passed, the clan grew into a refuge for those who sought more than power alone. Vampires and Lycans alike found a place beneath its banner, united not by bloodline or species, but by shared purpose and mutual respect.

Today, the clan continues to stand as a symbol of unity among the creatures of the night, carrying forward the oath made beneath the scarlet moon.

'''Bloodline Oath'''

''"Neither fang nor claw shall rule alone. The moon shall guide us. The blood shall bind us. Together we shall endure."''

== Overview ==

The '''Blood of Shadowmere''' stands as one of the most unique bloodlines within DawnDream. Forged not through conquest or lineage alone, but through unity, Shadowmere was born from an unprecedented alliance between vampires and lycans during one of the darkest periods in history.

Where many bloodlines define themselves through ancient rivalries, Shadowmere was founded upon the belief that strength is greatest when differences are united beneath a common purpose. The bloodline honors both the wisdom and discipline of the vampire courts and the loyalty, courage, and instinct of the lycan packs.

Its members walk between two worlds, carrying the legacy of both fang and claw while remaining loyal to neither division nor prejudice. Within DawnDream, the Blood of Shadowmere serves as a symbol of unity, cooperation, and the belief that ancient enemies can become enduring allies.

== Core Values ==

* Unity Through Diversity
* Loyalty Above Division
* Honor Through Action
* Strength Through Cooperation
* Courage In Adversity
* Respect For Both Fang And Claw
* Legacy Through Brotherhood

* Suraya Eames
* The Covenant Keepers

== History ==

Long before the rise of kingdoms, before the first vampire courts and before the great lycan packs roamed the wilderness, there existed a forgotten realm known as '''Shadowmere'''. Bathed in perpetual twilight, it was a land where moonlight and darkness mingled as one, and where neither beast nor immortal held dominion over the other.

In those ancient nights, the powerful Vampire Elder known as '''ℂℓєσ ԑւᶑrլեcի''' sought to claim the sacred lands of Shadowmere. Opposing her stood the Lycan Matriarch '''Zєɳα ℰ Ɗяgø δαɳgυɨɳɨร''', defender of the forests and silver-lit valleys that had belonged to her people since the dawn of memory.

For years, war consumed the land. Blood stained the earth beneath the moon. Entire bloodlines vanished. Great packs fell into extinction. Yet neither side could achieve victory.

As the conflict reached its darkest hour, an ancient force emerged from beyond the veil, threatening not merely vampires or lycans, but all life beneath the stars. Faced with annihilation, the two leaders chose a path no one believed possible.

Beneath a Black Moon Eclipse, upon an ancient stone altar, vampire blood and lycan blood were mingled within a single chalice. Before gathered clans and packs, an oath was sworn.

''"Neither fang nor claw shall rule alone. The moon shall guide us. The blood shall bind us. Together we shall endure."''

From this sacred covenant, Shadowmere was reborn.

Though the war had ended, suspicion remained. Many vampire courts viewed the alliance as heresy, while many lycan packs questioned its legitimacy. During this uncertain era, Cleo and Zena traveled beyond the borders of Shadowmere seeking allies capable of seeing beyond ancient prejudices.

Their search eventually brought them before '''Suraya Eames''', leader of the Eternal Legion. For three nights and three moons, the leaders spoke beneath torchlight and starlit skies. Cleo spoke of unity forged through sacrifice. Zena spoke of strength found through cooperation. Together they shared the story of the Black Moon Covenant.

Where others saw weakness, Suraya saw evolution.

On the fourth night, before the warriors of the Eternal Legion, Suraya placed her hand upon the Covenant Stone and pledged her support.

''"The night is vast enough for many paths. If blood can end a war, then wisdom can build a future. Let the Eternal Legion stand beside Shadowmere."''

Thus Suraya became the Third Pillar of Shadowmere.

From that moment forward, the Blood of Shadowmere ceased to be merely an alliance between two leaders and became a living legacy carried forward by all who believed in its ideals.

== Legacy ==

The Blood of Shadowmere remains one of the greatest symbols of unity within DawnDream. Born from war, tempered by sacrifice, and strengthened through loyalty, it stands as proof that ancient enemies can forge a shared future.

The names of ℂℓєσ ԑւᶑrլեcի, Zєɳα ℰ Ɗяgø δαɳgυɨɳɨร, and Suraya Eames are remembered as the Three Pillars whose courage transformed a fragile alliance into an enduring bloodline. Together they forged a legacy that neither fang, claw, nor time itself could ever destroy.
